We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our websites. Your continued use of our website after posting will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, any changes. Specific services that we offer, or make available to you, may also be governed by additional or alternative terms and conditions with us, or other third parties.
Definitions
“User” – anyone that uses the services of this website to find real estate and other services connected thereto.
“Agent” – means any real estate agent that lets or sells real estate on a commercial basis and posses a legal license to do so.
“Agency” – means a real estate agency that typically consists of more than one real estate agent and that lets or sells real estate on a commercial basis and posses a legal license to do so.
“Content” – means any content and materials (including property details and any intellectual property rights) made available by, on behalf or on the instruction of, the Member to Expats’ Properties or any other project by Get Locally.
“Contract” or “Agreement” – means a contract for services between Expats’ Properties by Get Locally and the member governed by these Terms and Conditions and any Order Form on this website.
“Developer” – means a real estate developer, a legal entity that is responsible for the organization and the commercial implementation of building and construction projects (new buildings, extensive renovations) on its own or other one’s expenses.
“Fees” – means the amounts due to Expats’ Properties by the member under the contract and set out or calculated in accordance with the order form (as varied from time to time in accordance with clause xyz).
“Member” – means the Agent, the Agency, the Owner or the Developer;
“Services” – means the services to be provided by Expats’ Properties (or other projects by Get Locally) as set out in the order form and which may include any, or a combination, of the following:
- a process facilitating the upload by the Member of property details (including images) to the Website;
- displaying the Member’s properties on the Website;
- providing the Member with a listing within the agent directory on the Website;
- providing Leads to the Member;
- providing advertising services to the Member;
- providing reports and access to reporting tools to the Member;
- facilitating services of Expats’ Properties that may increase the success of its Members; and
- any other services provided by Expats’ Properties (or of any of Get Locally’s project) from time to time.

Registering on our website as a user
You must be 18 years old or over to create a user account on our website and warrant that the details you provide on registration are true, accurate, complete and current. You must create a password when you register and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. You agree that any person to whom your username or password is disclosed is authorized to act as your agent for the purpose of transacting for any services via this website, and you will be responsible for any and all activity conducted using your password.
