We rent our very sunny and quiet 3-room apartment with balcony in Blumengasse in Vienna’s 17th district.

The spacious 72m2 apartment is fully furnished and equipped and is on the 2nd floor (with elevator) of a well-kept new building. It is divided into a large, courtyard-facing living room (21.7m2) with a balcony (5.5m2), 2 bedrooms (each approx. 10m2), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, and a storage room. All rooms are centrally accessible via the anteroom, making the apartment suitable for couples and small families as well as for shared apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and with all necessary kitchen appliances (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans).

The costs for heating, hot water, electricity, Internet/TV as well as for the furniture and other equipment (kitchen equipment, duvets and bed linen, towels, cleaning/household utensils, etc.) are already included in the total rent (all inclusive).

Supermarkets, kindergarden and schools, a small shopping center, restaurants as well as a public swimming pool are very close to the apartment and reachable within 5 minutes walking distance.
